Terms of Service

By using Ordu, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application or website. Ordu is a focus-tracking software published at orduapp.com and distributed as a desktop application.

You must create an account to access the services. You are responsible for the security of your account. If you notice any suspicious access, notify us immediately at support@orduapp.com.

Accounts created with false information may be terminated.

Ordu offers four plans:

• Free: Core features, free forever
• Solo ($5/mo · $50/yr): Advanced reports, adaptive Pomodoro, Hard Block, Deep Work
• Team ($4/user/mo · $40/user/yr, min. 3 seats): Workspace, member invites, sprint goals
• Business ($14/user/mo · $140/user/yr, min. 5 seats): Department management, cross-reports, manager view

Payments are processed in USD via Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by contacting support@orduapp.com. After cancellation, your service remains active until the end of the current billing period.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering the software or attempting to obtain source code
• Reselling or sublicensing the service to others
• Overloading the system with automated tools
• Threatening the security of other users

The Ordu application, website, logo, and content are entirely owned by Ordu. The license granted to you is a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the software for personal or business purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any period cannot exceed the subscription fees you paid during that period.

If these Terms are updated, you will be notified at your registered email address at least 14 days in advance. The current Terms are always published on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction for disputes.
