Privacy Policy

Ordu collects only the data necessary to operate the service:

• Account information: Your email address at registration. Authentication is handled securely via Auth0.

• Activity data: Which apps you work in, focus and break durations — stored only in a local SQLite database on your device. This data is never sent to our servers.

• Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never have access to your card details.

Collected data is used only to:

• Manage your account and verify subscription status
• Send weekly email reports when you request them
• Detect technical issues and improve the service

Your data is never sold or rented to third parties. It is shared only with the following service providers:

• Auth0 — authentication
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing
• Brevo / Resend — transactional email (when weekly reports are requested)

These providers are governed by their own privacy policies.

Ordu uses only a session cookie that securely carries your identity after login and expires when the browser is closed. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are used.

All communication is encrypted via HTTPS. Activity data is stored encrypted on your device. Server-side data is kept on secure infrastructure.

Under GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct or delete your data
• Object to processing
• Data portability

To exercise these rights, email support@orduapp.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
